During this 2-hour BYOB workshop, you will learn the basics of modern calligraphy and create 2 beautiful cards for Mothers Day. During the class you will learn:

• How to hold and use a traditional, straight calligraphy pen with ink

• Common practice drills for successful shapes and letters

• Learn both lowercase and uppercase letters of the Alphabet

• Connecting letters properly

• Guidance on laying out calligraphy for future projects 

• Completing a take home project of  2 greeting cards to share your new skills with friends and family
